At SOLONG Tattoo, we understand that plans can change. This cancellation policy is separate from our return policy and applies only to orders that have not yet been processed or shipped.

Cancellation Request Guidelines

Time Frame: You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. Once your order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

Non-Eligible Orders: Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, please refer to our return policy for information on how to proceed with a return or exchange.

Credit Card Disputes

In the event of a credit card chargeback or dispute, please note that the cancellation option may no longer be available, and the resolution will be subject to the credit card provider's investigation.
